Description

Crispy down to the bones. Eat it like a snack or with Coconut Rice. Yummy!

Deep Fried Turmeric Fish

Ingredients

Chili sauce

Procedures

  1. Clean fish and marinate with salt for 5 minutes.
  2. Drain off excess water and coat fish with turmeric powder.
  3. Deep fry till crispy.
  4. Serve with chili sauce with plenty of lime juice.
