- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp sugar
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
Procedures
- Mix all ingredients and pour into greased pan.
- Bake at 425°F degrees for 30 minutes.
