Raspberry Dressing

Description

This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Pryor estate in Grapevine, Texas in 1996. From "Catsrecipes Y-Group"

Ingredients

• ½ cup whole raspberries
• ½ cup raspberry vinegar
• ½ cup honey
• 1 cup olive oil

Procedures

1. Place raspberries, vinegar and honey in food processor.
2. Turn on and slowly add olive oil.
3. The dressing will be slightly thick.
