Raspberry Butter

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Boil raspberries, water and sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat until syrupy, stirring frequently, about 5 minutes.
  2. Strain through sieve to remove seeds.
  3. Cool.
  4. Process with remaining ingredients until smooth and well mixed.
  5. Can be prepared one day ahead.
  6. Cover and chill.
  7. Bring to room temperature and stir before serving.
